Senior Paralegal

Gennifer Westhoff has been a paralegal in Colorado since 2012. She began her career as a paralegal in criminal law working on a Post-Conviction Relief Rule 35c and working on various complex criminal cases with attorneys at Alternate Defense Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in probate law at the Denver Public Administrator’s office for six years. Gennifer’s focus with the firm is working in the areas of estate and trust administration, conservatorships, 706 and 709 tax preparation and litigation. Gennifer is one of the few remaining Colorado natives, having been brought up on the eastern plains. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling with her family, playing volleyball, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors. She is a proud member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association and the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception where she teaches catechism on an as-needed basis.
