Josh Bergford

Josh Bergford is a litigation paralegal who works closely with attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process. He coordinates disclosures, discovery, expert witnesses, and trial preparation, helping ensure matters progress efficiently from inception through resolution. Josh also has experience supporting complex litigation in state and federal courts, including appellate proceedings.

Before entering the legal profession, Josh served eight years in the United States Marine Corps infantry, including more than five years in leadership positions responsible for training, mentoring, and leading Marines. He draws upon that experience in managing the demands of litigation, coordinating complex case responsibilities, and supporting attorneys and clients throughout a matter.

Josh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) at the University of Colorado Denver.
