Attorney Jen Clouse assists clients with estate planning. Her practice primarily focuses on assisting clients with foundational estate planning, which includes drafting wills, revocable trusts, medical powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, guardianship appointments, and living wills. Jen’s experience also includes drafting marital and cohabitation agreements. She also assists with the firm’s tax planning practice, where she drafts irrevocable trusts and prepares tax returns like the Form 709, U.S. Gift (and GST) Tax Return. Jen enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of thoughtful estate planning. It is important to Jen that she provides her clients with peace of mind and a harmonious estate plan that will help make things as easy as possible for their loved ones. She is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming.
Jen enjoys being involved and volunteering her time in the local legal community. She is a member of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Alumni Council, where she works with fellow alumni in efforts to improve the law school experience for students, provide opportunities for alumni and law students to connect, and find ways to contribute to the advancement of the Colorado legal community. Jen is also a mentor in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law’s Professional Mentoring Program, where she volunteers her time to help law students navigate law school and enter the legal profession. She is a board member of the Denver Estate Planning Council as well.
Jen is originally from New Jersey and is an enthusiastic Philadelphia Eagles fan. She enjoys visiting National Parks and spending time in the mountains skiing, hiking, and camping with her husband, daughter and their dog.
