Caleb grew up in Arvada, Colorado and graduated from Vanguard University with a degree in Business Administration. He attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he completed his law degree in 2023. During law school, Caleb served as the Sources Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was part of the 2023 William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. Caleb’s practice focuses on corporate transactional law, including business organization and drafting and restructuring corporate instruments.
Caleb played baseball throughout his college experience and was named to the all-conference team as an infielder during his freshmen, sophomore, and senior seasons, while also being named to the Chancellor’s List each of his four years in school. Caleb has remained a passionate sports fan since college, He enjoys watching the Colorado Rockies and the Colorado Avalanche. He also enjoys playing the guitar and golfing when he has the opportunity.
