Craig Owens is an experienced operations and service leader who’s spent his career helping teams run smoothly, grow responsibly, and stay focused on the people they serve. With a practical, hands-on style, he’s supported business growth, guided organizations through change, and built systems that improve day-to-day execution. Craig brings that steady approach to Illumine Legal, where he helps strengthen operations, communication, and the overall client experience.
Over the years, Craig has led complex commercial property transactions, helped build and expand successful businesses, and developed programs that foster trust and long-term customer relationships. In the 1990s, he founded and grew a professional parking company from four locations to twenty sites—including seven major Denver-area hotels—before selling it to Central Parking Systems. After more than a decade managing law firm offices, he’s now part of the team at Illumine Legal, LLC in Denver. Craig is happily married, a proud father of three daughters and grandfather of seven, and he enjoys hiking Colorado’s mountains and fly fishing with his wife.
