Todd Bluth

Senior Counsel

Todd Bluth brings over a decade of hands on courtroom experience to Illumine Legal. Before joining the firm, Todd worked as a prosecutor in Colorado’s 17th and 18th Judicial Districts, where he handled a wide range of complex felony cases and tried more than 70 jury trials. That experience gave him a practical understanding of how cases unfold, what persuades judges and juries, and how to navigate challenging facts and tight timelines.

Todd also spent several years focusing on appeals, arguing cases before both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. He draws on that background to help clients make sense of complicated issues, manage discovery efficiently, and develop clear, strategic approaches to litigation. Colleagues and clients appreciate his straightforward, analytical style and his ability to explain legal problems in a direct and approachable manner.

Todd earned his law degree from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Brigham Young University. He is fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, he enjoys woodworking, playing basketball and football, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three daughters.
