Abby is an attorney at Illumine Legal, LLC, whose practice focuses primarily on foundational estate planning, including drafting wills, revocable trusts, medical powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, living wills, and dispositions of last remains. She also represents clients as fiduciaries or beneficiaries in estate administration matters and has experience with probate litigation.
With over a decade of experience in human resources, people management, and community building prior to law school, Abby brings a unique perspective to her practice at Illumine Legal. Each new matter offers an opportunity to connect with clients and provide them with customized solutions that meet their needs (and help them rest easier at night).
Outside of the office, Abby enjoys discovering new restaurants or spending time at home with her husband and cats.
