Jason’s practice with Illumine Legal LLC focuses on corporate transactional law and estate administration. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.
Jason was raised in Fort Collins, Colorado and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration concentrating on supply chain management. He attended law school at the University of Wyoming, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wyoming Law Review and graduated with honors.
After earning his law degree, Jason worked in private practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he handled litigation and commercial matters. Jason thereafter worked at a Big Four accounting firm in San Francisco, California, where he handled corporate tax law matters, often assisting multinational corporations in developing and defending advantageous state tax positions.
In his free time, Jason enjoys many of Colorado’s outdoor activities, attending sporting events, and spending time with his family and friends across Colorado and Wyoming.
