Deborah Harant started her legal career as a legal assistant in 1991 and became a paralegal in 2005. With 33 years’ experience in the legal field, Deborah has provided support in civil litigation cases; including personal injury, construction defect, medical malpractice, torts, complex litigation, intellectual property, and residential and commercial real estate/property matters. Deborah has also assisted with patent/trademark applications, corporate matters, and bankruptcies. Deborah has experience with bench and jury trials in County Court, District Court, U.S. Federal District Court, Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit Supreme Court, and Wyoming District Courts.
Deborah is our litigation paralegal. She assists our attorneys and clients in litigation areas of First Amendment rights, employment law, commercial and private contracts, torts, medical malpractice, construction defects, wrongful death, probate and estate disputes, complex commercial and business tort cases, and high-stakes product liability actions.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys her family and friends, participating in church activities, assisting in a Women’s ministry, and enjoys the great outdoors climbing 14ers, hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, rollerblading, and everything that Colorado has to offer. She also loves to dance, ballet, music, and art galleries.
