Jennifer J. Pierce is a Paralegal at Illumine Legal LLC with over ten years of experience supporting attorneys in the estate planning field. She has extensive experience drafting comprehensive trust and will-based estate plans, including all supporting documents such as financial and health care powers of attorney and living wills. Jennifer also assists clients with trust funding and asset organization to help ensure estate plans function as designed.
Her experience further includes tax and advanced planning matters, including corporate formations, irrevocable trusts, specialty trusts, and deed work. Jennifer’s strong attention to detail and client-focused approach contribute to the firm’s ability to deliver thoughtful and effective estate planning solutions.
Prior to entering the legal field, Jennifer worked in hospitality management with several Hilton-branded hotels, where she excelled in leading top-ranked customer service teams. This background continues to inform her professional approach, particularly in client communication and service.
Jennifer is a Colorado native and an avid sailor. She grew up sailing on Lake Dillon with her father and began racing with him and her two brothers as a teenager. She currently races at several Colorado reservoirs, including Dillon, Cherry Creek, and Chatfield, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dillon Yacht Club. Jennifer also enjoys volunteering in support of the local sailing community.
When she is not working or sailing, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her sister, niece, and nephew, and proudly embraces her role as an aunt.
